I will deliver projects and workshops myself, to the extent possible and reasonable. Benefit in the realization of organizational and process projects from my years of experience as a consultant and Partner at a renowned management consultancy and as a senior Manager in a European corporate company.

 

lindeconsulting is also part of a selected network of highly experienced consultants. We only use consultants, of which we are convinced that they will provide optimal support in achieving your goals. We refrain from the otherwise customary practice of complementing experienced consultants with so-called "Juniors".

Founder, Managing Partner

Stefan Linde has over 19 years of leadership experience, e.g. as Partner with the Consulting arm of PwC or as global Head HR Services with Clariant. As a Partner or project manager he has supported numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller local businesses in transforming their operational model successfully. He combines strategic/conceptual thinking with efficient and pragmatic project delivery up to implementation.

Besides leading a number of Process Re-engineering and Organisation Design projects, he also designed and implemented cross-functional Shared Services or global HR Transformations, supported the global outsour-cing of either complete HR departments or just single HR processes, such as Payroll or Recruiting, and was re-sponsible for developing and implementing a new HR IT Strategy, moving various HR processes into the cloud. He also led and developed the HR Service organisation of a Swiss multinational with 120 HR staff.

He is married with 2 daughters and enjoys running and cycling in summer and alpine skiing in winter.

Andreas Wettstein, founder and managing partner of Agility3, first studied Food Technology in Munich and later Business Administration in Lausanne. He is a certified project management professional (PMI) and before founding his own company in 2012 he has held senior leadership positions in the industry with Nestlé as well as in consulting as Director with PwC and EY. Andreas is an expert for business change and transformation. He loves to connect people and ideas across functions, organizations, geographies and cultures. It is no coincidence that in his 25 years of combined industry and consulting experience, he has always been involved in managing and supporting transformation journeys. Andreas has lived and worked in several countries in Europe and South America as well as in Asia, e.g. in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China, and Australia and speaks fluent German, English, French, Spanish and intermediate Mandarin. His motivation to create Agility3 was to be able to focus exclusively on helping leaders build better working organizations.
